Attendance & Commitment Policy
We understand that our athletes have other sports, activities, and family commitments. Attendance at every practice and game is not mandatory, and we appreciate families doing their best to balance all commitments. We ask families to provide as much advance notice as possible when a player will miss a practice or game.
If a player misses/arrives late to three or more consecutive practices or games without communication to the coaching staff, coaches may reach out to the family to check in, confirm continued interest and availability, and ensure the player remains included in team planning and communication.
Our goal is not to penalize families for missed time, but to maintain strong communication, support our athletes, and provide the best possible experience for every player and team.
