What we are:

We are NOT a club team! We a program that welcomes all towns and all skill levels.

We offer a dynamic and inclusive environment for players in grades 1-8, where new athletes can develop foundational skills, and experienced players can hone their technique.

What we do:

We focus on providing developmental instruction that emphasizes the basics of the game, such as dribbling, passing and shooting, while also introducing more advanced strategies for those with more experience. Our blend of developmental coaching and skill-building opportunities ensures that every player—whether they’re just starting out or looking to advance—has a chance to improve, have fun, and be part of a team that values growth, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.

Who we are:

All our coaches are USA Field Hockey Coach Members! They go through a Coaching Certification Program, designed to equip them with the latest knowledge, techniques, and best practices for effectively coaching student-athletes. In addition to their specialized training, each coach undergoes a comprehensive annual background check and complete SafeSport training. These measures are in place to ensure coaches are not only providing excellent training, but also prioritize the well-being of our players.
