Who we are:

At Warrior Youth Field Hockey we are proud to say we are NOT a club team. We are a community-based program that welcomes players from all towns and all skill levels. Our mission is to provide strong developmental instruction that emphasizes the fundamentals—dribbling, passing, and shooting—while also introducing more advanced strategies for athletes ready to take the next step. Whether a child is picking up a stick for the first time or already has game experience, every player has the chance to grow, improve, and be part of a team that values growth, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.

Our Growth:

Since launching just a year ago, Warrior Youth Field Hockey has proudly welcomed over 200 athletes into our program—and we’re still growing strong. We provide a fun, dynamic, and inclusive environment for players in grades 1–8, giving new athletes the chance to build confidence and experienced players the opportunity to refine their technique. Warrior Youth Field Hockey is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Massachusetts, a proud member of USA Field Hockey, and a 2024 recipient of the USA Field Hockey Bessant Grow the Game Grant—an honor awarded to only 12 programs nationwide.

Our Coaches:

All of our Leadership Team Member are USA Field Hockey Coach Members, committed to upholding the highest standards in youth sports. Our coaches participate SafeSport certification, and every coach undergoes an annual background check. These measures ensure our athletes receive not only excellent skill development but also the support of a safe, positive, and player-centered environment.
